Booths are assigned to customers through the Orders record. Booth assignment can take place at the same time as when the customer places the order, or at a later time. When a customer orders booth space, the order taker accesses the Expos tab on the Order Lines form to enter additional details about the booth reservation.
This section only describes the Order Lines form's Expos tab. See the Order Lines Form section in the "Orders and Payments Forms" appendix of the Aptify Order Entry Guide for information on the other tabs that appear on this form.
