Creating a Shared Embedded Link

Aptify recommends that you carefully plan out the design for your shared embedded object before you begin to modify the system. Among other things, you need to identify the list of fields contained in each entity, determine the security settings for each entity, and map out how the various entities will interact with the embedded object and with each other.
