Views should be created for specific business purposes. For more information on using Views in Aptify, see Using the Viewing System.
The following table provides several useful filter statements that you can use to create meaningful views of entries:
Description | Service | Field | Operator | Value |
Contact Logs for Specific User | Contact Log | Owner ID | Exactly Matches | <User ID> |
Incomplete Contacts | Contact Log | Completed | = | 0 |
Records to Follow Up | Contact Log | Next Contact Date | > | 1/1/1900 Note that 1/1/1900 represents a null date |
Overdue Next Contacts | Contact Log | Next Contact Date | < | NOW |
To Do in Next Three Days | Contact Log | Next Contact Date | < | NOW+3 |
These filter lines can be used in combination to create different views.
