Managing the Employees Service
The Employees service provides an ability to track employees of the organization. Fields in several services within Aptify link to the Employees service. This allows data elements within the system to be linked to the employees who own, manage, or create them. Examples of this include linking an Employees record to a customer or member record as the main account manager, populating the Taken By field in the order entry system, and specifying the employees who entered and approved a cash control batch. By providing this information, other people within the organization can locate the appropriate party when they have questions concerning a particular record.
