The Awards Granted record tracks information regarding a granted award including the award recipient, the date achieved and the benefits associated with the award.

Top Area

Award Type (required)

The name of the award in which the organization is bestowing. This field links to the Award Types service.

Person Awarded (required)

The person receiving the award. This field links to the Persons service.

Date Achieved (required)

The date when the award was granted.

Award Nomination

If applicable, the corresponding Awards Nomination that lead to granting this award. This fields links to the Awards Nomination service.

Second Person Awarded

If there is an additional award winner, that person can be entered in this field. This field links to the Persons service.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Awards Granted record.

Description Tab

A user can enter any relevant information about the award being granted and/or the award winner(s) on this tab.

General Tab

Award Ceremony Location

This text field can be used to specify the location of the award ceremony at which this award is to be or was announced.

Other Benefit Provided (required)

Any other benefits provided to the award winner such as cash or an all expense paid trip. This drop-down field displays the list of pre-defined values for the Other Benefit Provided field in the Awards Granted entity. The default values are None, Cash, and Trip Awarded. See Defining Entity Fields for details on defining drop-down list values.

Other Benefit Details

A user can add additional information about the other benefits received by the award winner.

Memento Type (required)

The prize or memento which is given to the award winner. This drop-down field displays the list of pre-defined values for the Memento Type field in the Awards Granted entity. The default values are None, Trophy, Certificate, and Plaque. See Defining Entity Fields for details on defining drop-down list values.

Memento Type Details

A user can add additional information about the memento given to the award winner.
