Specifying Meeting Resources

You can use the Resources sub-tab to track resources and equipment needed for a meeting, such as a slide show projector or microphone. You should create a Resources record for each resource required by the meeting and link it to the meeting's Products record. Note that Aptify also includes Meeting Resource conflict functionality to prevent resources from being double-booked.

Before creating records to add resources to a meeting, it may be necessary to:

  • Add the appropriate resource type categories using the Resource Type service. Resources are categorized into resource types.
  • Add a resource to the Resources service by creating a new Resources record.
