Creating an Evaluations Record
When a meeting concludes, the attendees are often asked to fill out an evaluation form to gauge the effectiveness of the meeting. Aptify provides functionality to track the evaluations associated with a particular speaker.
- From a meetings Products record, select the Speakers sub-tab on the Meetings tab and open the Speakers record.
- Select the Evaluations tab and create a new Evaluations record.
- Select the name of the attendee who filled out the evaluation.
- Fill in the Evaluations forms as necessary and click OK to save the record.
