Knowing Expo Logic Attributes and Fields in Aptify

When the Expo Logic badge[on]demand setup has been installed successfully, it creates a Print Badge button on the Meeting Registration Record, and the Expo Logic badge[on]demand attributes and fields on the meeting entities in Aptify. Following are the list of attributes and fields:

  • BoDClientCode - Unique code for an association provided by Expo Logic
  • BoDClientKey - Unique code for an association provided by Expo Logic
  • IsBadgeOnDemandEnabled - Defines if a badge can be printed or not
  • IsMeetingTicketed - Defines if a ticket copy is required or not
  • IsBadePrintingDisabled - Defines
  • RegistrationConfirmationMessage - Provides a welcome message and event registration information
Meeting Registrations (OrderMeetingDetail)N/A
  • PrintDate - Date of the ticket printed
  • PrintCount - A number of times a ticket is printed

  • BadgePrintingComments - A reason for printing a ticket

    These field values will be updated after every instance of a badge print.
