Managing Term Members with a Dashboard
The default Committee Management dashboard simplifies the data entry process for adding one or more persons to various Committee Terms. Using Aptify's multi-entity grid feature, this dashboard allows you to manage committee membership directly without having to open a Persons or Committee term record.
Note that this dashboard is the default for the Committee Management application. Aptify also includes another dashboard that displays list views of the Current and Active Committees. This dashboard is accessible using the Switch Dashboard option.
In the Committee Management Dashboard example below, the multi entity grid displays all of the people who have ever been a committee term member historically as rows and currently active committees (those committees that do not have an end date as of today and have an active status) as columns. These Person/Committee Term relationships (which correspond to Committee Term Member sub-type records) can easily be modified by adding or removing a check mark in the appropriate column.
