Moving Housing Block Rooms

The Housing Inventory Management dashboard includes a Block Inventory Transfer dialog to move rooms between blocks and sub-blocks of the same Housing product.

Follow these steps to move Housing Room Blocks:

1. Open the Housing Inventory Management dashboard.
2. Select a product from the Housing Product drop-down menu.
3. Click the Transfer Rooms button to open the Block Inventory Transfer dialog.
4. Select the block or sub-block that contains the rooms you want to move in the From Block drop-down menu. The From Block - Current Inventory table automatically updates to display the block's current number of rooms.
5. Select the block or sub-block to which you want to move rooms in the To Block drop-down menu.
6. Enter the number of rooms to transfer in the Enter the Number of Rooms to Transfer table. The number of rooms for any particular date or type cannot exceed the number in the From Block - Current Inventory table.
   
   
7. Click Transfer Inventory to move the rooms.
8. The dashboard reports the updated room count for each block.
