The Aptify 5.0 InstallShield Install wizard can install multiple instances of Aptify on a single computer. If you want to install a second instance of Aptify on a test server that has multiple instances of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 installed, follow these steps:

1. Install the first instance of Aptify 5.0 following the steps in "Server Installation" on page 31.the Aptify Server Software installtion procedure you used:
   • Installing Aptify 5.5.3 Server Software
   • Installing Aptify 5.5.2 Server Software
   • Installing Aptify 5.5.1 Server Software
   • Installing Aptify 5.5 Server Software
     
     
2. When finished with the installation of the first instance, re-run Setup.exe to launch the wizard again.
   • The wizard automatically detects that Aptify has previously been installed and displays

2. Select the Install a new instance of this application option and click Next.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. See "Server Installation" on page 31 for the instructions for the release to be installed for more information on the installation options.
