About the Specialists View

The Specialists view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The Specialists view is a prompted list view that helps locate specialists for a particular KPI who have a high score for a particular KPI but a low overall CES Score. The prompted values are as follows:

  • KPI Metric ID – ID number for the desired KPI
  • KPI Points – Threshold value for KPI points awarded to person that will be displayed
  • CES Score – Threshold value for CEC score value for a person that will be displayed
