About the Topic Code Entities Form

The Topic Code Entities form is for connecting a topic code to an entity or service. Once the record is created from a specific topic code, the code will appear on the Topic Codes tab of the entity if there is a tab to display.

Entity

Contains the name of the service to associate with this topic code. This field links to the Entities service.

Status

Status can be either Active or Inactive. When Inactive, the topic code does not appear on the Browse By Category sub-tab of the Topic Codes tab on the specified service's form.
