Floorplan Status records are assigned to a floorplan to designate whether the floorplan characteristics are editable or whether booths in the floorplan can be assigned to customers.

The following floorplan statuses are supplied with the default installation of Aptify:

• Initial Design: Users can alter the floorplan but cannot assign booths to customers.
• Arrange & Assign: Users can alter the floorplan and assign booths to customers.
• Assignment Only: The floorplan design is complete and cannot be changed. Users can assign booths to expo customers through order entry.
• Closed: The expo dates are past or the expo has been cancelled. The floorplan is no longer accessible for design changes or booth assignment. However, floorplans with a status of Closed can be copied using a floorplan wizard if the Allow Copies option is selected in the Floorplans record.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Floorplan Status record.

General Tab

Name (required)

The name of the floorplan status is displayed in this field.

Description

This field contains a description of the floorplan status.

Allow Architecture Edits

If the Allow Architecture Edits option is selected, non-booth architecture can be edited in Floorplans records assigned this floorplan status.

Allow Booth Edits

If the Allow Booth Edits option is selected, booths can be edited in Floorplans records assigned this floorplan status.

Allow Booth Assignments

If the Allow Booth Assignments option is selected, booths in Floorplans records that are assigned this floorplan status can be assigned to customers.
