Managing Campaigns and Prospects

After you have created a campaign, you can track leads within the Campaign's Prospect List.

A campaign's Prospect List stores the set of persons or companies to whom the campaign is targeted. Each prospect has a status. As prospects respond to the marketing initiative, a user can change a prospect's status to reflect the outcome (for example, to Accepted or Rejected). When the campaign is over, an organization can analyse its success rate based on the status settings of the prospects.
