Opening an Attachment

Follow these steps to open a record attachment:

1. Open a record and click the Attachments tab.
   • You can easily identify if a record has an attachment by looking for the paperclip icon to the left of the Attachments tab title.
     
     
2. Do one of the following:
   • Double-click the attachment.
   • Right-click an attachment and select Open Attachment from the pop-up menu.
