Viewing Meeting Room Availability
Meeting organizers view which meeting rooms are scheduled through a calendar view found on a Meeting Rooms record's Schedule tab. The schedule of any room in which the selected room is dependent on will be displayed. For example, if a room is part of a combo room then the schedule of the combo room and all parent rooms up to the top-level room will be displayed.
Note that each meeting room that has been booked for a particular time frame is displayed with the title of the meeting associated with the assigned room. Meeting organizers or administrators can create (or modify) views to specify the name of the meeting room as desired. See Using Calendar Views for more details.
