The Persons service (part of the Customer Management application) contains sample views in the following view types:

List Views

The following sample list views are contained within the Persons service:

• Active Committee Members 
• Active Individual Members 
• All Persons
• All Persons Within Company
• Members Almost Expired (90 Days) 
• Prior Attendees, Not Registered for 06

• Prior Individual Members 
• Person Lookup 
• Persons Modified Last 24 Hours

Active Committee Members

The Active Committee Members view lists all persons that are currently actively participating in a committee term.

Active Individual Members

The Active Individual Members view lists active individual members currently in the system. This view is filtered by the Member Type field on the Persons record where Member Type is not Non-Member.

All Persons

The All Persons view displays all persons currently in the system. This view contains the person's ID, Name With Company, First Name, Last Name, Title, Address information (including Billing and Home address), Phone information, Fax information, and Cell information.

All Persons Within Company

The All Persons Within Company view is a hierarchal view that can be used on a Companies form. The hierarchy drill-down shows the person's Functions and Subscription as shown above.

Note that this view does not contain any view filters because it is intended for use on a Companies form.

Members Almost Expired (90 Days)

The Members Almost Expired (90 Days) view is a list of individual members who are currently active but within 90 days of their memberships expired date. This view is filtered by the Dues Paid Thru field.

Prior Attendees, Not Registered for 06

This view displays all persons that attended a prior Annual Conference but are not registered for the 2006 conference. This view is filtered by the Annual Conference meeting product series and the Sampco 2006 Annual Conference (derived from sample data).

Person Drill-Down

The Person Drill-Down view is a hierarchal view that displays Persons and their Functions.

Prior Individual Members

The Prior Individual Members view lists individual members who are no longer active. This view is filtered based on the Dues Paid Thru field on the Persons form.

Person Lookup

The Person Lookup view is a prompted view for a lookup of Persons by Last Name, First Name, Member Type or ID. For best results, only complete one of the four fields.

Once the appropriate information has been entered into the prompted dialog, clicking OK loads the view.

Persons Modified Last 24 Hours

The Person Modified Last 24 Hours list view displays Persons records that have been modified within the past 24 hours.

Placed Orders in 2005, earlier, Not in 2006

The Placed Orders in 2005, earlier, Not in 2006 view lists Persons who have placed orders in 2005 or earlier, but not in 2006. This view examines orders where the Person is the Ship To ID of an order.

Avg. Age By Join Year

The Avg. Age By Join Year line chart shows the average age of members by their join year by showing the age of the member at the time they joined plotted over time.

Avg. Age By Member Type

The Avg. Age By Member Type list view is a column chart that displays the average age of current members by Member Type. This view filters out Non-Members.

By Primary Function

The By Primary Function list view is a pie chart that analyzes Persons by their primary function which is found on the Functions tab of the Persons record.

Comparative New Members By Year/Qtr

The Comparative New Members By Join Year/Qtr chart view lists all new memberships by quarter and year. This view is filtered by the Join Date field on a Persons record. This column chart analyzes year-over-year membership trends.

New Members By Year

The New Members By Year line chart identifies the number of new members of each Member Type that joined in a particular year. It excludes Persons with a blank Join Date field.

Pie Chart By Country (Form)

The Pie Chart By Country (Form) view can be found on the Companies form's Analysis tab to show the distribution across countries of a company's associated Persons.

Pie Chart By State (Form)

The Pie Chart By State view can be found on the Companies form's Analysis tab to show the distribution across states of a company's associated Persons.

Pivot Table Views

The Members By Topic/Country/State pivot table lists members grouped by Topic Code, Country, and State.

People By Topics

The People By Topics pivot table groups Persons by Topic Code associations.
