About the Space Links Form

This service stores the links (that are not autolinks) associated with a space. This web form was added for the web interface in Aptify 5.5.2.

 

Space Links Record

Attachment Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Space Links record. The tab becomes available when the record is initially saved.

General Tab

Name

The name of the space link.

Entity

The entity the link is associated with.

Record

The specific record (by ID) to which the link is tied.

Owner

The owner of the link (typically the owner of the thread). This field is linked to the Persons service.
