This service stores information related to the cards that are displayed through out the Aptify web interface to display record information. For example, the card that is displayed when searching for and adding a product to an order. This web form was added for the web interface in Aptify 5.5.1.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Entity Cards record. The tab becomes available when the record is initially saved.

General Tab

Name

The name of the entity card.

Description

The description of the entity card.

Entity

The name of the entity in which this card applies.

Rank

If there are multiple entity cards for an entity, the entity card with the lowest rank will be the default card for the entity.

Has Extended View

When true (selected), the card will have an Expand link shown when hovering over the card. Clicking on Expand will display an extended View, expanding the Card to show additional information.

UI Part

The UI part associated with this card.

Unique ID

A unique identifier for the entity card. This is used when unpacking entity cards to identify the record from a source server. If a Unique ID match is found on the destination server, it will be considered a match.
