Aptify includes the Payment Information service, which serves as a centralized location to store all payment details in the system. Services that use Payment Information, such as Orders, Payments, Saved Payment Methods, and Standing Orders, have an embedded link with the Payment Information service and use the Payment Information control to display the fields from the embedded object. See Managing Embedded Database Objects for information on embedded objects.
Note that while the Payment Information service appears in the Accounting application by default, these records should not be added or updated manually from the Payment Information service. A Payment Information record is only meaningful within the context of the record in which it is embedded.
