Filtering by Course Part Name and Person to View the Answer Analysis List Report

The Answer Analysis (Person/Course Part Prompts) view provides the ability to filter the Answer Analysis List Report by course part name and person's first or last name. The Answer Analysis List Report shows the data in a table with a row for each question in an exam for a course part, with sub-rows for each response given by a student that has registered for a course part. The table identifies the question, responses, whether the responses are correct, the correct response, the interaction type, course part, class, and student.

Perform the following steps to filter by name of the course part and person's first or last name when viewing the Answer Analysis List Report:

1. In the LMS Reporting Details service of the Education application, open the LMS Shared Views folder.
2. Click the Answer Analysis (Course Part Prompt) icon. A prompt dialog displays.
3. To view Answer Analysis List Report data for a single course part, enter all or part of the name of the course part in the Course Part Contains field and proceed to Step 7.
4. To view Answer Analysis List Report data for a single person, enter all or part of the person's first or last name in the First Last Part Contains field and proceed to Step 7.
5. To view Answer Analysis List Report data for a single person within a single course part, enter all or part of the name of the course part in the Course Part Contains field, enter all or part of the person's first or last name in the First Last Part Contains field, and proceed to Step 7.
6. To view all Answer Analysis List Report data, do not update the Course Part Contains and First Last Contains fields.
7. Click OK to run the report.
