The Committee Terms service (part of the Committee Management application) contains the following reports:

• Committee Members Report
• Committee Terms Report
• Committee Roster Report

Committee Members Report

The Committee Members report is a list of members that belong to each individual Committee Term. The report lists the Member Name, Title, Rank, Role, and the member's term Start and End Dates. This report is typically used to generate a list of people that belong to Committee Terms in the specified view.

This Committee Members report is located under the Report Wizard's General tab.

Committee Terms Report

The Committee Terms Report is a contact sheet that displays committee term information that is found on the Committee Terms record. This report lists the Committee ID, Director Name, Committee Name, Begin Date, End Date, Goals, Accomplishments, and Address information (including contact numbers).

Note that this report has a placeholder section for an organization to add its name and address. A report writer using the full version of Crystal Reports can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.

The Committee Terms report is located under the Report Wizard's General tab.

Committee Roster Report

The Committee Roster report displays a list of Committee Term members from the view. This report is typically used to generate a roster list for a committee.
