Analysis Tab Report

The Analysis tab contains the following Persons service report:

Person by State Report

The Person by State report is a graphical representation of distribution by state as well as the percentage for each distribution for the persons in the source view (based on their business address). It also supports a drill down option to view information about the records that comprise each area of the pie chart.

Persons by Company Report

The Persons by Company report is a graphical representation of persons grouped by company. It also supports a drill down option to view information about the records that comprise each area of the pie chart.

Persons by Member Type Report

The Persons by Member Type report is a graphical representation of persons grouped by member type. It also supports a drill down option to view information about the records that comprise each area of the pie chart.

Persons by Zip Code

The Persons by Zip Code report is a graphical representation that groups persons by their respective zip codes (for the person's business address). It also supports a drill down option to view information about the records that comprise each area of the pie chart.

Person Report

The Person report is a contact sheet that displays a Person's information that is found on the Persons record. This report lists the Persons ID, Title, Company, Address information (including contact numbers), Member Type, and any personal information. All of the information included in this report is derived from each individual Persons record.

Note that this report has a placeholder section for an organization to add its name and address. A report writer using the full version of Crystal Reports can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.

Person Roster Report (Crystal Reports)

The Person Roster report displays a list of Persons from the view including Name, Title, Address, Company affiliation, and Phone Number. This report is typically used to generate a roster list for a meeting.

Note that this report has a placeholder section for an organization to add its name and address. A report writer using the full version of Crystal Reports can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.

Persons Roster (SSRS)

The Person Roster report displays a list of Persons from the view including Name, Title, Address, Company affiliation, and Phone Number. This report is typically used to generate a roster list for a meeting.

A report writer using the full version of Microsoft SQL Service Reporting Services (SSRS) can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.

Aptify Badge Report

The Aptify Badge report creates badge labels for the persons in the source view that includes the Person's Name, Title, Company, and Membership Type. This report is typically used to print labels for badges at meetings.

Note that this report has a placeholder section for an organization to add its own company graphic. A report writer using the full version of Crystal Reports can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.

Labels Tab Reports

The Labels tab contains the following Persons service reports:

Avery 5160 Labels Report

The Avery 5160 Labels report generates mailing labels and formats each label accordingly including the persons name, company, and address. If the persons address is an international address, the system will automatically format these labels according to the international shipping standard for that country. This report is used to create mailing labels that fit on Avery 5160 label pages.

Avery 5160 with Mail Code Report

The Avery 5160 with Mail Code report generates mailing labels and appends the mail code you specify to the label. For international addresses the system automatically formats the labels according to the international mailing standard for each individual Country. When selecting this report, the system will prompt you to enter a mailing code. Clicking OK will then load the report. This report is used to create mailing labels that fit on Avery 5160 label pages.

Avery 5161 Label Report

The Avery 5161 label report displays mailing labels and formats each label accordingly including the Person's Name, Company, and Address. If the persons address is an international address, the system will automatically format these labels according to the international shipping standard for each individual Country. This report is used to create mailing labels for packages that fit on Avery 5161 label pages.

Avery 5161 with Mail Code Report

The Avery 5161 with Mail Code report prints mailing labels according to the specified mail code including the Company, Persons Name, and Address. For international addresses the system automatically formats the labels according to the international mailing standard for each individual Country. When selecting this report, the system will prompt you to enter a mailing code. Clicking OK will then load the report. This report is used to create mailing labels for packages that fit on Avery 5161 label pages.

Avery 5395 Badge Label Report

The Avery 5395 Badge report creates badge labels for the persons in the source view that includes the Person's Name, Company, City, and State. This report is typically used to print labels for badges at meetings. These labels fit on Avery 5395 label pages.

Meetings Tab Report

The Meetings tab contains the following Persons service report:

Meeting Tents Report

The Meeting Tents report displays the person's name. An organization can use this report to print folding name cards for a meeting's attendees.

Membership Tab Report

Membership by Area Code Report

The Membership by Area Code report is a graphical representation of Persons grouped by their telephone area code. It also supports a drill down option to view information about the records that comprise each area of the pie chart.
