This form configures the security keys that can be used to encrypt data fields.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Security Keys record.

General Tab

Name (Required)

The Name field contains the name of the security key.

Description

A description of the security key.

Key Value (Required)

A series of characters used to encrypt and decrypt data fields. This parameter supports between 1 and 50 characters. Using a large number of characters will make it more difficult for an unauthorized individual to decrypt the data.

Group Permissions Tab

The Group Permissions tab lists all of the Group Permissions records that identify the user groups that can use the security key.

User Permissions Tab

The User Permissions tab list all of the User Permissions records that identify the users that can use the security key.
