About the Script Languages Form

This service stores information about the supported coding languages that a developer or administrator can use to write scripts in Aptify. The standard installation includes support for the following scripting languages:

  • VB.NET
  • SQL
  • HTML

Script Languages Form

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Script Languages record.

General Tab

Name (Required)

The name of the scripting language.

Description

A description of the scripting language.

Base Language (Required)

The base language for the specified language. This is a drop-down field that includes the following options:

  • VB.NET
  • SQL
  • HTML
  • XML
  • Other

XML Schema Object (Required)

This field identifies the Object Repository location of the object that defines the format for scripts that use this language.
