About the Message Sources Form

Message Sources records define the entity that acts as the primary source of data for the messages. The entity selected may also be filtered to limit the number of messages sent. Message sources can be configured for those entities that have one or more fields that use the Email Extended Type, including Persons, Employees, Organizations, and Companies.
