About the Meeting Resources Form

The Meeting Resources record is used by meeting products to reserve resource items like overhead projectors or public address systems. The resources available as a meeting resource are stored in the Resources service. The Meeting Resources record is accessible from the Resources sub-tab on the Meetings tab of the Products record.

Comments Tab

The Comments tab contains any additional details relevant to the Resources record.

General Tab

Resource (Required)

The name of the required meeting ResourceID record is stored in the ResourceID field and links to the Resources service.

Checked

The Checked check box indicates that the resource has been successfully verified.

Double Checked

The Double Checked check box indicates that the resource has been successfully verified a second time.
Quantity (required)The number of this particular resources needed for the meeting is stored in the Quantity field.

Duration

The Duration field is a text field that indicates the amount of time the resource is needed for the meeting.

Start Date

The Start Date field contains the beginning date for which the resource is required.

End Date

The End Date field is the date the resource is no longer required for the meeting. Exact times can be included also.

Who Requested

The Who Requested field contains the name of the person who requested the resource. This field links to the Persons service.

Request Date

The date the resource was requested is contained in the Request Date field.

Location

The location where the resource is located. This field links to the Companies service.
