Working with Pivot Grid Views in the Web Interface

This topic provides information about working with Pivot Grid views in the Aptify web interface.

  • Aptify only prints the selected area of a pivot grid. So, if you only have one cell selected, only that cell is printed. To select an entire pivot grid, click in the pivot grid's heading (below the pivot grid toolbar).
  • Note that Aptify exports the selected area of a pivot grid to Microsoft Excel for printing purposes.

In addition, each pivot grid has a view toolbar across the top of the pivot grid window. From left to right, the buttons are as follows:

• Properties: Opens the view's Properties dialog.
• Refresh: Manually refreshes the view's contents.
• Copy View: Helps to create a copy of the view.
• Pin-to-Board: Adds the view to Pin Board on the main page of the web interface
• Add View To Favorites: Adds the view to the Favorites tab on the main page of the web interface
