About the Membership Director Shortcuts

The Membership Director profile includes three shortcuts that provide instant access to Person and Company information in Aptify.

• Find Person by Name: A prompt view to locate a Persons record based on a person's first and last name. The view includes hierarchies that display order and contact log information related to a particular person.
• Find Person by Company: A prompt view to locate all people affiliated with a particular company. The view includes hierarchies that display order and contact log information related to a particular person.
• Find Company by Name: A prompt view to locate a Companies record by company name.
