The Order Entry User profile includes a set of shortcuts that provide instant access to information in Aptify that is of interest to members of an organization's orders and payment processing department. The shortcuts appear in two groups:

General Shortcuts

• Find Order by ID: A prompt view to locate an order based on its ID. The view includes a hierarchy that displays the order line detail for the order.
• Find Order by Payment ID: A prompt view to locate an order based on the ID of a payment that has been applied to that order. The view includes a hierarchy that displays the order line detail for the order.

Searches Shortcuts

• Company Lookup: A prompt view to locate a Companies record by company name.
• Find Customer by Name: A prompt view to locate a Persons record based on a person's first and last name. The view includes hierarchies that display order and contact log information related to a particular person.
• Find Customer by Phone: A prompt view to locate a Persons record based on a person's phone number. The view includes hierarchies that display order and contact log information related to a particular person.
• Find Customer by Account ID: A prompt view to locate a Persons record based on the person's assigned ID. The view includes hierarchies that display order and contact log information related to a particular person.
• Find Customer by Company: A prompt view to locate all people affiliated with a particular company. The view includes hierarchies that display order and contact log information related to a particular person.
