The Customer Support User profile includes a set of shortcuts that provide instant access to information in Aptify that is of interest to members of an organization's Customer Service department. The shortcuts appear in three groups:

General Shortcuts

• Case Search By ID: A prompt view to locate a Cases record based on the Case's ID.
• Case Search By Contact Person and Company: A prompt view to locate a Cases record based on a Contact Person, Company or combination of both.
• Issue Search By ID: A prompt view to locate an Issues record based on the Issue's ID.
• Issue Search By Name: A prompt view to locate an Issue record based all or part of an issue name.

Customer Search Shortcuts

• Find Customer By Account ID: A prompt view to locate a customer by the Person's ID. The view includes a hierarchy to display information about the Cases submitted by the customer.
• Find Customer By Name: A prompt view to locate a customer based on First Name, Last Name or combination of both. The view includes a hierarchy to display information about the Cases submitted by the customer.
• Find Customer By Phone: A prompt view to lookup a customer based on Phone AreaCode, Phone or a combination of both. The view includes a hierarchy to display information about the Cases submitted by the customer.
• Find Customer By Company: A prompt view to lookup a customer based on a person's company affiliation. The view includes a hierarchy to display information about the Cases submitted by the customer.

Orders Payment Shortcuts

• Find Order By ID: A prompt view to locate an order based on its ID. The view includes a hierarchy that displays the order line detail for the order.
• Find Payment By ID: A prompt view to locate a payment based on its ID.
• Find Standing Order By ID: A prompt view to locate a standing order based on its ID.
• Find Standing Order By Bill To: A prompt view to locate a standing order based on the Bill To Person and/or Company.
• Find Bulk Order By Name: A prompt view to locate a bulk order based on the name of the bulk order.
