Changing Status for a Meeting

After orders for the meeting product are placed and the meeting has been held, in order for Aptify to track information about who attended, the meeting needs to be closed.

Aptify provides the functionality to change a meeting's status and, accordingly, change the status of the attendees associated with the meeting.

  1. Open the meeting's Products record and select the General sub-tab on the Meetings tab.

    Change -Meeting Status

  2. Change the Status from Planned to Occurred or Cancelled.
    • If you cancel a meeting for which one or more orders have been placed, you must manually cancel each order to provide refunds to registrants, if applicable.

  3. Save the record.
