About the Campaign List Detail Form

Campaign List Detail records store information about a single campaign prospect.

Attachments Tab

All attachments associated with the Campaign List Detail record are listed on this tab.

Comments Tab

This tab stores any optional comments concerning this campaign prospect. For records that were created by the Campaign List Builder wizard, the following text appears on the Comments tab: "Added by Campaign Population Wizard, [Date and Time wizard was run]".

General Tab

Campaign (required)

The campaign for which this person or company is a prospect. This field links to the Campaigns service.

Type

The prospect's type, either Person or Company.

Person

The name of the prospect (if a person). This field links to the Persons service and is required if Type is set to Person.

Company

The name of the prospect (if a company). This field links to the Companies service and is required if Type is set to Company.

Campaign Segment

This field identifies the campaign segment to which the prospect belongs and links to the Campaign Segments service. This field is automatically filled in by the Campaign List Builder wizard when it generates prospect records based on a campaign's segments.

Is Generated

When this option is selected, it indicates that this record was created by the Campaign List Builder wizard.

Prospect Status

The prospect's current response to the marketing effort. The list of available status options is stored in the Campaign Prospect Status Types service (see  About the Campaign Prospect Status Types Form).
