About the Campaign Import Runs Form

Campaign Import Runs record store information about individual runs to import person or company data from an external file into Aptify as campaign prospects. The Campaign Import wizard creates these records automatically. See Importing Prospects from an External File for information on how to use the wizard.

Attachments Tab

All attachments associated with the Campaign Import Runs record are listed on this tab.

Campaign List Import Matching Control

This tab displays the set of Campaign List Import Details records created for this import run by the Campaign List Import wizard. A user runs the matching and posting process to complete the import run. See Importing Prospects from an External File for details.

Comments Tab

The Comments tab lists any additional information relevant to the Campaign Import Runs record.

General Tab

Import File Type

The file type used for the import run. This field links to the Import File Types service. See  About the Campaign Import File Types Form.

Original File Location

The location from which the file was originally imported. This field displays the name of the file, including the path.

Start Date

This field specifies the date and time when the import run was started.

End Date

This field specifies the date and time when the import run was complete. An import run is not complete until all corresponding Campaign Import List Details records have been posted.

User

Specifies the user who initiated the import run by completing the Campaign List Import wizard.

Campaign

Specifies the campaign with which the imported prospects will be associated.

Mapping Tab

The Mapping tab lists all Mapping records relevant to the Campaign Import Runs record. See About the Campaign Import Run Mapping Form.
