Understanding Aptify Tray Icon

Aptify includes an icon in the Windows system tray that appears whenever the Aptify Windows Desktop client is running.

When a user right-clicks the icon, a menu appears that includes the following options:

• Open Aptify: If you have the application minimized or in the background of the Windows desktop, select this option to display the Aptify desktop.
  
  
• Window: If you have one or more forms currently opened but minimized or in the background, select this option to display the selected form. Note that the menu only displays the records you currently have opened. The menu reports the name of the record, the record's service (such as Companies or Persons), and the record's ID.

• Help: Select this option to open the Aptify on-line help file at the Table of Contents pane.
• Help Index: Select this option to open the Aptify on-line help file in the Index pane.
• Visit Aptify On The Web: Select this option to open the Aptify website in an Internet Explorer window.
• Exit: Select this option to close the Aptify application.
