About Subscriptions and Membership Management in the Web Interface

Aptify version 5.5.1 and up includes limited support for the Subscription Management application, such as the ability to create, open, and edit Subscription records.

Aptify version 5.5.1 and up includes limited or no support for the following Subscription Management features:

  • Subscription Fulfillment: This release does not support Subscription Fulfillment.

Membership Enrollment Wizard

The Membership Enrollment wizard that is used to facilitate the process of enrolling companies and individuals as members is available in this release. See Using the Membership Enrollment Wizard for more details.  

Subscription Renewal Wizard

The Subscription Renewal wizard provides an automated process that generates quotation orders (which in turn can generate invoices) for subscriptions that are nearing their expiration date. See Using the Subscription Renewal Wizard for more details.

Note Concerning Running the Wizard from Prompted Views

When running the Subscription Renewal wizard from a prompted view, you must the select the records in which you want to renew. The wizard will not run without selected records.
