Notes for Administrators

Selections made on a Topic Codes tab are saved when a user closes the record, even if the user closes the record without saving.
When a user selects a topic code and saves or closes a record, Aptify automatically creates a Topic Code Links record that links the topic code to the specified record.
For Multiple Choice, Numeric, and Text codes, the contents of the text field are saved as the Topic Code Link's Value.
When a user clears the check box for a topic code and saves or closes the record, Aptify changes the status of the corresponding Topic Code Links record to Inactive (it does not delete the record).
