About General Ledger Accounts

Aptify includes a GL Accounts service that maintains information about an organization's general ledger (GL) accounts. An organization assigns the appropriate GL accounts to each Product and/or Product Category in Aptify. Note that while products automatically inherit GL accounts from its product category, a user can also modify a product's GL accounts as necessary.
