About the Guest List Form

A fundraising organization may invite some or all contributors to a gathering to celebrate the success of the fundraiser. The Guest List record can capture extensive information about each guest the contributor invites.

This tab contains any additional details relevant to the Guest List record.

General Tab

Person

The name of the contributor's guest. Links to the Persons service.

Date Added

The date the person is being added to the guest list. Defaults to the current date.

First Name, Nick Name, Last Name

The guest's name information. Automatically pre-fills from the Persons record. Can be edited if necessary.

Sponsor

Indicates if this guest is sponsoring the contributors' event.

Title

The guest's business title (such as Senior Engineer). Automatically pre-fills from the Persons record. Can be edited if necessary.

Table #

The table number where this guest is assigned seating.

Company

The guest's company.

Street Address, City, State, ZIP Code, Country

The guest's location information. Automatically pre-fills from the Persons record. Can be edited if necessary.
