About the Grant Reports Form

This service stores information about the periodic reports grantees submit to an organization.

This tab stores any files relevant to this record.

Comments Tab

This tab stores any additional information concerning this record.

General Tab

Grant (Required)

The grant to which the report applies. This field links to the Grants service.

Report Type (Required)

Specifies if this is an Interim report or the Final report.

Report Stage (Required)

Specifies the report's current stage in the review process. Available options are Not Yet Received/Incomplete, Received/Under Review, Approved, and Rejected.

Note that when a grant's Final report is saved as Approved, Aptify automatically inserts the current date and time in the Grants record's Grant Completed field.

Due Date (Required)

The report's due date.

Date Received

The date the report was received.

Date Approved

The date the report was approve.

Date Sent

The date a reminder was sent to the grantee that the report is due.

Report Location (Required)

Specifies how the report was submitted. The standard options are Electronic and Hard Copy.

Send Grant Report

This option does not drive system functionality by default but is provided to be used in conjunction with Aptify's Process Pipeline technology to automate processes related to grant management. See Managing Process Pipelines for more information.

Next Grant Report

Specifies the next report required for this grant. This field links to another record in the Grant Reports service.

Previous Grant Report

Specifies the previous report submitted for this grant. This field links to another record in the Grant Reports service.

Is Financial Grant Report (Required)

When checked, specifies that this report contains financial information about grant expenditures.

Is Narrative Grant Report (Required)

When checked, specifies that this report is a narrative summary of grant progress.

Is Project Grant Report (Required)

When checked, specifies that this report is a formal report on the project's status.

Send Overdue Notice

This option does not drive system functionality by default but is provided to be used in conjunction with Aptify's Process Pipeline technology to automate processes related to grant management. See Managing Process Pipelines for more information.
