Groups records define specific roles within Aptify. For example, the Accounting group might define a role where all the user included in that group require access to services and applications that incorporate the organization's financial logic.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Groups record.

General Tab

Name (Required)

The Name field lists the name of the group. A Group's name cannot be changed after a record has been saved.

Description

The description of the group should indicate the role shared by all users belonging to this group.

Group Members Tab

The Group Members tab lists all users that are part of this group. These links between user and group are stored as Group Members records.
