About the Form Template Permissions Form

The Form Template Group Permission Form identifies which groups have permissions to access and use the form template.

Group/User (Required)

The Group or User field lists the name of the Group or User record. This field is linked to the Groups or Users service.

The Users and Groups that you specify using this form will have Read and Edit permissions for the template or category, regardless of which permission options you select. The Read, Edit, and Delete boxes are reserved for future use.

Read

If this option is selected, the user or the users in the group specified have Read permission for the item.

Edit

If this option is selected, the user or the users in the group specified have Edit permission for the item. This option is only applicable if the Read option is selected.

Delete

If this option is selected, the user or the users in the group specified have Delete permission for the item. This option is only applicable if the Read option is selected
