Managing Surveys

The purpose of this topic is to describe the management of the Surveys application. This application is integrated with e-Business, and it is used to create end user surveys that can be used in your organization's e-Business Web site. You can design and develop surveys to gauge the opinion of Web users on any number of topics. For example, you can create a customer service survey to solicit user feedback. The Surveys application includes a sample survey provided by Aptify that collects basic demographics from Web users.
