Narrowing Search Results in the Quick Search

Selecting the arrow on the drop-down menu enables a user to narrow the search criteria based on service.

Note

In Aptify 5.5.1, this functionality was called Global Search.

 

  • Selections include services like Persons, Companies, Employees and Organizations.
  • Click the Plus sign to the right of a service opens a new record form for that service.
  • Users can also search for items like Views and Wizards and launch those elements directly from the quick search area
