About Prompted Views in the Web Interface

The Aptify web interface includes prompted views. While this feature exists in the Aptify Desktop client, the web interface includes an updated interface that displays the prompt view values you entered across the top of the view. Below is an example.

Prompted View

New records will appear in the prompted view results after the view is re-run. Refreshing a prompted view does not add records that are added after the view was first run.
