The Applications service (part of the Aptify Framework Administration application) contains the following report:

Application Entities and Permissions Report

The Application Entities and Permissions report displays the set of entities contained in a particular application and the users and groups who have permission to access the application.

The Application Entities and Permissions report is located under the Report wizard's General tab.
