About the Companies Service Reports
The Companies service (part of the Customer Management application) contains the following reports broken down by the following tabs on the Report Wizard:
Analysis Tab Report
The following Companies service report is found on the Analysis tab:
Companies by State
The Companies by State report is a graphical representation of Companies grouped by their respective States (based on the Company's main address). It also supports a drill down option to view information about the records that comprise each area of the pie chart.
General Tab Reports
The following Companies service reports are found under the General tab:
Company Report
The Company report is a contact sheet that displays information that is found on the Companies record. This report lists the Company ID, Title, Address information (including contact numbers), Member Type, and any information related to the Company.
Note that this report has a placeholder section for an organization to add its name and address. A report writer using the full version of Crystal Reports can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.
Company Profile Report
The Company Profile report is a contact sheet that displays a company's contact information as well as Order History. All of the information included in this report is derived from each individual company record.
Note that this report has a placeholder section for an organization to add its name and address. A report writer using the full version of Crystal Reports can use the report provided by Aptify as a starting point for a new report that can then be added to the Aptify Object Repository and linked to the entity.
Labels Tab Reports
The Companies service Labels tab contains the following reports:
Company Label 5160 Report
The Company 5160 label report displays mailing labels and formats each label accordingly (with Avery 5160 formatting) including the Company Name and Address. If the companies address is an international address, the system will automatically format these labels according to the international shipping standard for that country. This report is used to create mailing labels that fit on Avery 5160 label pages.
Company Label 5161 Report
The Company Label 5161 report displays mailing labels and formats each label accordingly (with Avery 5161 formatting) including the Company Name and Address. If the companies address is an international address, the system will automatically format these labels according to the international shipping standard for that country. This report is used to create mailing labels that fit on Avery 5161 label pages.
Membership Tab
The Companies service's Membership tab contains the following report:
Company/Person Roster Report
The Company/Person Roster report displays a list of Companies from the view including Name, Address, and Phone Number. This report is typically used to generate a roster list for a meeting.
