Switching Between Form Templates
If more than one form template has been defined for a particular service, by default, the user-specific form template displays when the user opens a record from that service. However, a user can switch to another template by following these steps:
- Open a record in a service.
- Right-click in the tab area to open the context menu.
- Select Switch Template to display the list of available templates.
- This includes the global template, any templates created by the user, and any Group-based templates for a group to which user belongs.

- Select the template that you want to use.
- The specified template loads.
The specified template persists until you close the form or switch templates again. When you close and reopen the form, the form automatically reverts to the default form, which is typically the modified form that was created by the user.
