About the Application Users Form

The system automatically creates an Application Users record each time a user adds an application to his or her profile. This service tracks which users currently have access to the different applications.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Application Users record.

General Tab

Application (Required)

The Application field lists the application the user has installed. This field links to the Applications service.

User ID (Required)

The User ID identifies the user who has installed the application listed in the Application field. This field links to the Users service.

Rank (Required)

The Rank number indicates the order in which the application appears in the user's profile.


The Comments field contains any additional details relevant to the Application Users record.
